"Hi-Tech Computer Institute" का मुख्य कार्य परिसर मूसानगर रोड घाटमपुर ( कानपुर नगर ) के पास स्थित है | संस्था आइ० एस० ओ० प्रमाणित है | "Hi-Tech Computer Institute" रास्ट्रीय इलेक्ट्रानिक एवं सूचना प्रोद्योगिकी संसथान, नई दिल्ली द्वारा सम्बद्ध है |
दूरवर्ती शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में विश्वविद्यालय स्तर की शिक्षा प्रदान करने के लिए दूरवर्ती शिक्षा विश्वविद्यालय से जुड़कर विश्वविद्यालय के पाठ्यक्रम को संचालित करने का लक्ष्य है | इ० आइ० टी० द्वारा आज के प्रतिस्पर्धा युग में विद्यार्थियों को रोजगार परक एवं कौशल विकास शिक्षा प्रदान करने का लक्ष्य है, जिससे उनका भविष्य संवर सके और आगे बढ़े |
